Welcome to Sam Davies Building Ltd.

At the age of 16, Director Sam Davies began a 4 year Plumbing Apprenticeship at South Devon College, successfully acquiring NVQ Level 2 & 3, as well as City & Guilds Level 2 & 3. During this time, Sam also gained key work experience on a daily basis with a highly respected building company.

After gaining these key qualifications, Sam soon put these skills into practice by joining a larger South Devon based building firm, which in turn brought increased responsibilities. During his time here, he worked his way up to Site Manager before deciding to begin his own project.
